Exterior washing for single-wide, double-wide and larger mobile homes
Mobile home washing is priced separately from traditional houses to help keep local residential cleaning affordable. Cleaning methods are selected based on siding material, condition, buildup and accessibility.
Approximate Starting Prices
Add exterior washing for one shed measuring up to approximately 12 ft × 12 ft when booked with a mobile-home wash. The shed must have vinyl or metal exterior siding. Full wooden sheds are not eligible for this add-on.

- Severely peeling, bubbling, loose or flaking paint

- Loose skirting, trim or exterior fixtures
- Other significant conditions that could make washing unsafe
Pre-Service Inspection
C Spray will visually inspect accessible exterior areas before cleaning. If visible pre-existing damage is discovered, C Spray may proceed, modify the cleaning method, request a signed Pre-Existing Condition Acknowledgment, exclude the affected area or refuse service if the risk is unreasonable.

Pre-Service Inspection
Existing cracks do not automatically prevent service. However, loose, unstable or severely deteriorated material may result in an affected area being excluded or the service being refused.

Before Service
Trash and recycling containers should be emptied before C Spray arrives. Ordinary household residue and normal trash-can grime are expected.

⚠ Conditions That May Prevent Vehicle Washing
- Severe body rust or rust-through
- Heavily flaking rust
- Loose or severely peeling paint
- Loose trim, moldings or body panels
- Large areas of failing clear coat or paint
- Broken or poorly sealed windows
- Known water leaks into the cabin or trunk
- Exterior components likely to detach during rinsing
Pre-Service Vehicle Inspection
If significant rust, loose paint, loose parts or another high-risk condition is found, C Spray may exclude the affected area, request a Pre-Existing Condition Acknowledgment or refuse the wash.
Local Travel Is Free
There is no travel charge for locations within 5 miles of C Spray’s Mooresville service base. Outside the local area, travel charges increase in $5 increments based on approximate one-way driving distance.
Distance is based on approximate one-way driving distance from C Spray’s Mooresville service base to the service location. Any applicable travel charge will be disclosed before an appointment is confirmed.
Every Job Gets A Visual Inspection.
The inspection helps identify visible pre-existing conditions that could make washing unsafe or increase the chance that an existing defect becomes worse.
C Spray visually checks accessible portions of the property, surface, container or vehicle before work begins.
Noticeable pre-existing damage may be photographed or otherwise documented.
If a condition creates additional risk, C Spray will discuss it with the customer before proceeding.
C Spray may proceed, modify the service, request a condition acknowledgment or refuse work that cannot reasonably be performed safely.
Pre-Existing Conditions & Service Refusal
C Spray understands that customers may not know every condition affecting their property. The inspection is intended to identify problems before work begins, not to penalize customers for damage they did not reasonably know existed.
If C Spray discovers a condition that the customer did not know about or could not reasonably have been expected to disclose, C Spray may modify or refuse the service without charging a service-call fee solely because the condition was discovered.
Customers may be specifically asked about known leaks, loose siding, deteriorated concrete, severe rust, loose vehicle parts or other conditions that could affect service. Known conditions should be disclosed before an appointment is confirmed.
When existing damage creates additional risk but C Spray determines that service may still reasonably proceed, the customer may be required to sign a Pre-Existing Condition Acknowledgment before work begins. If the acknowledgment is required and the customer declines to sign, C Spray may refuse the affected service.
A service-call fee of up to $50 may apply when C Spray arrives for a confirmed appointment and cannot reasonably perform the scheduled service because of a known pre-existing condition that the customer was specifically asked to disclose before scheduling but did not disclose. The service-call fee will not exceed the quoted price of the scheduled service.
Know The Service And Price Before Work Begins.
Before C Spray begins work, the customer will review the agreed service, price and applicable conditions. Unless another arrangement is agreed to in writing, payment is due when the agreed service is completed.
The customer reviews and authorizes the identified work before C Spray begins service.
The agreed service price, add-ons and applicable travel charge are confirmed before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full upon completion of the authorized service.
